You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use MagicVid. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

MagicVid offers AI‑powered video generation tools and other related services, including but not limited to the creation, editing, and optimization of videos (“Services”). These Services are available on a subscription basis as detailed on our pricing page.
 

3. Account Registration and Subscription

 
To access the Services, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
 
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.

By subscribing to our Services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified.
 

5. Use of Services

 
You agree to use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
 
  • Use the Services to create, upload, or share content that violates any applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content, including content that is harmful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site or Services.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Site or Services without our express written consent.
 

6. AI Video Model Information

Our AI video generation feature is powered by Google Veo AI models, including Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast. User prompts and media inputs are processed through Google’s generative video APIs to create synthetic video content.
 
We may introduce additional supported AI models in the future to improve generation quality, speed, and user experience. This notice will be updated accordingly if significant changes are made to our model providers.
 

7. License to Use the Services

 
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MagicVid grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services. This license is for personal, non‑commercial use only. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MagicVid.
 

8. Intellectual Property

 
The content, features, and functionality of the Site and Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by MagicVid or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Site or Services without our express consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if we believe that you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and any outstanding fees will remain due.
 

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

 
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Site or Services.
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicVid’s liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the last six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MagicVid, its affiliates, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
